How margins are calculated
For each coin, we divide its current price by its weight in grams to get the effective rate per gram. We then compare this against today's gold rate (22K or 24K as applicable). The margin % shows how much more you're paying over the raw gold price — this covers making charges, GST, and seller profit. A lower margin means a better deal.
